Return Policy

We do product inspection to every product to ensure our product quality.

For product with quality problems or wrong item is received, please return to us within 10 days (includes public holiday). Please contact us via sales@mottocd.com to arrange goods return and no refund is accepted.

Return policy:

1. The item must be in good condition, unused and undamaged. Original packaging and tags should be returned
2. Valid order number should be provided
3. Client is responsible for the shipping charge

Invalid return:

1. All of the custom order and products with personalized hot stamping
2. Returns under the reason of natural cow skin growth marks
3. Discounted items
4. Used and damaged items

Should any dispute arise, the decision of motto carpe diem shall be final.
